Asenium is looking for a Change Manager to work with a team based in Spain.

Dans ce rôle vous :

  • Hold a critical importance in managing the complexities of technological changes, overseeing the seamless transition to new technological solutions
  • Hold Responsibilities include facilitating, planning, and executing Change Management strategies, creating communication, and training plans, mitigating resistance, and guiding staff and leaders to support seamless transitions.

Livrables que nous attendons :

Main deliverables:

  • Change Management Plan – Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining the strategy, approach, and tactics to manage the people side of change. 
  • Stakeholder Analysis – Identify and analyze key stakeholders who will be impacted by the digital transformation and develop strategies to engage and communicate with them effectively. 
  • Communication Plan – Create a communication plan to ensure timely and clear communication about the changes, benefits, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders. 
  • Training Plan – Design a training plan to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new digital tools and processes. 
  • Performance Metrics – Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of change management efforts, such as user adoption rates, productivity improvements, and employee satisfaction. 

Activities: 

  • Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of the digital transformation on various aspects of the organization, including processes, roles, and systems. 
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to use the new digital tools effectively. 
  • Communication Execution: Implement the communication plan by delivering messages through various channels and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. 
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to align change management activities with the overall project timeline and milestones. 

Account abilities: 

  • User Adoption: Accountable for achieving high levels of user adoption for the new digital solutions by implementing effective change management strategies. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Accountable for engaging and communicating with key stakeholders to build support for the digital transformation and address their concerns. 
  • Training Effectiveness: Accountable for the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring that employees are adequately prepared for the changes introduced by the digital transformation. 
  • Communication Effectiveness: Accountable for the effectiveness of communication efforts, ensuring that information is timely, clear, and resonates with the target audience. 

Le candidat idéal

  • Demonstrable experience and expertise with digital transformation/IT projects 
  • Knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and applying them.  
  • Demonstrable experience with creation and execution of organizational change management strategies and plans, with specific focus on stakeholder management, change network creation and governance, effective communications, training, and measurement/evaluation of the success of the change strategies. 
  • Availability to do short trips if required by the projects.
  • Change Manager : Senior Level.
  • 7+ years of relevant change management experience in digital transformation projects 
  • Change management diploma, certification, or similar qualification (APMG, ADKAR or PROSCI) desirable. 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of English: Proficient C1
  • Previous experience in change management in Digital Transformation projects/programs

Based in Madrid with an hybrid model with maximum 3 day remote working and 2 days in the office.

No Travel Required
