For one of our customers, we are looking for a Salesforce Admin/Developer to work in a technical project. This is a project focused on the migration of all existing Process Builders (PBs) and Workflows (WFs) to Flow. We are seeking for a high level of expertise in flows, as it involves identifying, documenting, and transforming current automations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and enhanced performance within our Salesforce instance.

For this long-term project, 6+ months (renewable), in remote model, the ideal candidate is someone with different Certifications and proved experience in implementation of complexed automation process.

Dans ce rôle vous :

Lead the migration of existing automations, including Process Builders and Workflows, into Salesforce Flows, ensuring zero loss in functionality and efficiency.
Conduct a comprehensive audit of current automations to accurately document trigger points, expected inputs, and outputs.
Design and implement Salesforce Flows that replicate or improve upon the existing automation logic, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Work collaboratively within an agile Scrum team, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain a rigorous testing regime to ensure that all solutions exceed standard quality benchmarks, focusing on comprehensive testing beyond traditional unit tests.
Uphold strong governance and adhere to best practices in code development, deployment, and Salesforce platform architecture, prioritizing standard solutions in a code-heavy Salesforce environment.
Ensure high-quality solutions through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices in code development and deployment.

Le candidat idéal

Salesforce Flow Mastery: Minimum of 3 years’ experience with intensive daily exposure to Salesforce Flows.
Salesforce Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture with proven expertise in Salesforce Apex.
Advanced Testing Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform extensive testing that goes beyond conventional unit tests.
Agile Proficiency: Solid experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
COPADO Experience: Highly regarded. Required certifications Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are mandatory.
Flow Specialist SuperBadge is mandatory.
LWC Specialist SuperBadge is a plus.
