In this role you:

Orchestrate the seamless migration of email, calendar, and document services from Google G Suite to Microsoft 365 for our organization.
Testing and validating the migration results and resolve any issues or errors. 
Training and assisting the end-users and stakeholders on the new M365 features and functionalities.

Deliverables we expect:

Assessment the current situation of G Suite environment and identify scope, requirements, and risks of the migration project. 
Designing and implementing a migration plan and road map that minimizes disruption and ensures data integrity and security. 
Performing the migration of mail, calendar, documents, and any other data in scope, from G Suite to M365 using appropriate tools and methods. 
Documenting the migration process and best practices and create a post-migration report.  –
Monitoring the production environment and take corrective action as needed.

The ideal candidate

Education: Engineering or Computer science or similar .
Skills: project management, communication, English , technical writing.
Advanced in G Suite and M365 platforms, features, and tools.
Proficiency in migration tools such as Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME), Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GWMFO), or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT)

Working side-by-side with our client, to help him on a major migration from Google Suite solution to Microsoft 365 Platform.

Our role, as advisor is to follow the migration, guarantee the achievement of the success migration with ability to provide best practices activities regrading client business model.
