We are looking for Development Architect who will manage all aspects of operations and functional demands from our client Business Units.

Subject matter expertise in understanding & implementing technologies-based Cloud based solutions with Microsoft O365 & Azure infrastructure.

In this role you:

The Senior Developer will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and maintenance for assigned applications in and around Microsoft Office 365 & Azure Cloud.

Reduced process down time by 10% by designing and writing a software tool to automatically update vendor calibration settings in C# or other desired language.
You will be the O365 Subject Matter Expert within the business and to the end customers, responsible for delivering enterprise sized O365 solutions.
You will be working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our customers employee experience.
Shaping O365 technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment.
Resolution ownership of technical challenges for O365 projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.
Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating centralized O365 roadmap insight into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realization.
Set new specifications for tools based on statistical data analysis, & ability to construct productive collaboration model using O365 & Azure stack.
Enabling communication with internal information management systems, inhouse bots & inhouse gateway solutions for day-to-day operations.

Possibility to coach junior employees and help on their technical growth. 
Revamping UI, UX and overall design aesthetic towards the online services resulting in 50% increase in application usage.
Continuous contributions towards maintaining Source code, design documentation, test cases, test results, deployment guides, training material & operation guides.
You will have to follow SDLC Process and Change management is followed for Production Environments.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in most of the above areas is necessary. The person should be interested and passionate about collaboration.

Education & experience: University degree in computer science, electronics or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience: 10+ years of experience with hands on in development world

Primary skills:

A good working knowledge of the entire O365 stack, including their interactions and use cases.
Expertise of at least one 2 major O365 application (like: SharePoint online, Teams, OneDrive) with a proven track-record of designing complex, large O365 transformational programs, including hybrid configuration and Identity and Access management.
Designing complex O365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Security and Compliance.
Overview of cloud-based Search roles and responsibilities. Ability to host Enterprise search with help of connectors from O365 or non-Microsoft platforms as well.
Experience of working on both Agile and Waterfall project delivery
O365 development, PnP, Teams, SharePoint Online, React, SharePoint Framework (SPFX), Git, .NET Core
Strong hands-on development skills in PowerShell.
Hands on development in UI and with at least few web technologies like: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS).
Experience with Microsoft power platforms (mostly in PowerApps / Power Automate) is preferred.

Candidate who are well versed with Azure PaaS (Functions, WebApps, Azure Storage, Queues, API management, Logic Apps) + Power Platform will be preferred.

Secondary skills:

Exposure to MS Graph programmability model.
Hands on experience in any reporting tools is beneficial.
PowerBi exposure will be an advantage.
Experience using SQL or any database programming a plus.
Knowledge of fundamentals of computer networking, antivirus
Experience with DevOps, Key vault are other areas in Azure will be advantage.
Exposure to OneDrive, Delve & Yammer related features
Ability to write/convert technical documentation with diagrams, algorithms and explanations covering low level designs.
Exposure & experience in using at-least 1 of services like: SOAP, REST, JSON
Must have contributed towards automated solutions utilizing CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous deployment) to a development environment.
Experience with various Authentication jargons, like SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SSL

Competences of Technical writing, documentation and able to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms for explanatory purposes.
